    SO, I'm on section 2 of the 9.2.0 downgrading portion of the guide, successfully completed the downgrade (well at least thats what it says), but in system settings it still shows me being on 11.2. Is this normal? It's not letting me proceed to the next step in the process, that being Decrypt9...

    Success, baby! Kernel/FIRM: 2.50-11 Almost done. Geez, this one was a pain for some reason. Never used this method admittedly though.

    yes, I did use the system transfer method. Thanks, I'll give it a shot. Possible problem was, I decided to update to 11.2.0 from 11.0.0 halfway through I think and possibly didn't change it.

    Yeah, They display: -Kernel version: 2.52-0 -FIRM version: 2.52-0 So the issue should be the NFIRM zip I used? Is there more than one available?

    But I can't do it with the legit copy I just bought on my new 3ds which is weak, and since I just transferred the NNID today I'm shit out of luck when it comes to the Shop. Guess I'll just have to get a physical copy of one of those tomorrow. Still recommend OoT over the others? or does it not...

    Well now I'm confused, because I thought I could go with the $20 option and use basehaxx, instead of going the $40 route with OoT and Powersave. I've never had to deal with this. Weakkk.

    But if I got basehaxx on my old3ds I could alter the cartridge in whatever way that works for OR/AS and then slide it into my new one and that would be all I need, correct?
