Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Yes, that's actually the exact same kit that I used to develop PiPass. I just tested out the new 9.9.0-26U 3DS update that got pushed today and everything is working fine still. If you have any problems with the setup, feel free to post here...

Tutorial PiPass - Nintendo 3DS Homepass for the Raspberry Pi / Linux

Yes, the blinking cursor isn't probably the best indicator of it still executing during a particular stage. I can probably add some sort of progress bar to make it better in the future. Thanks!

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

RT5370 was the chipset that I started with on my kit and it should work nicely. Also, depending on how you installed PiPass, if you will be switching WiFi adapters on the same installation of PiPass, you might want to use the 'Reset Network' option under 'Raspberry Pi'. Generally, you just need...

Out of curiosity, which WiFi adapter are you using?

Tutorial PiPass - Nintendo 3DS Homepass for the Raspberry Pi / Linux

Yes, it will work. PiPass is really just platform specific to Linux. There is quite a bit of people running this on the RPi Model B. I don't have a pre-made image for the RPi Model B, but the manual installation should lead you in the right direction.

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Currently, there is only a pre-made image for the RPi 2. I should be able to get my hands on a RPi Model B soon. The readme has instructions for manual installation that will work on RPi Model B and RPi Model B+. There isn't much tinkering to do, aside from installing some dependencies and...

Tutorial PiPass - Nintendo 3DS Homepass for the Raspberry Pi / Linux

Yes, that's exactly why I wanted to do the minimum OS configuration as possible. There's a lot of things you can do with it and I am sure running a VM could work as well for Windows users. Though, I haven't really tried yet to verify. That's a creative use of your router and I am glad that it...

Tutorial PiPass - Nintendo 3DS Homepass for the Raspberry Pi / Linux

Currently, there is no pre-made image for the RPi model B. But, the source code and a manual install guide is there to help you out. If you are comfortable working with a Linux terminal, it isn't too bad. I only try to do the minimum OS configuration to get PiPass working. It is really mostly...

Tutorial PiPass - Nintendo 3DS Homepass for the Raspberry Pi / Linux

Edit - 06/28/2015 PiPass has changed quite a bit since this last post. We're on version 1.6 now and I believe it's a pretty solid version. PiPass turns your Raspberry Pi into a Nintendo 3DS Homepass Relay Station. The PiPass Dashboard can be accessed through a computer or mobile device. It can...

Illinois is working to ban toxic food additives that have been banned for decades in other countries; additives that can be replaced and all those countries still have Skittles and Mountain Dew. Title of the piece: GUBMINT WANTS TO TAKE AWAY YOUR CANDY

@Veho, Sounds and smells like bullshit. They don't give you cancer, and California should know that. I don't get why they stick labels that say "may or may not cause reproductive harm or cancer".

Arsenic doesn't give you cancer either.
