    I actually don't use a Gateway, I just had the Gateway emuNAND and used RxTools to boot into it. But I won't spend any more time on that thing, my roommate (it's her 2DS) doesn't want the hacks anymore and she already bought the game she wants to play. ;)

    Thanks, I'll just try it out. Do I HAVE to downgrade the system again? What if my roommate is happy with 10.5 and plans on not hacking it again? If I manage to restore my backed up NAND, the system should be on 8.1 without any modifications, so we could also just leave it at that.

    Thanks for the hint, but this is not my 2DS and I want to spend the minimum amount of time to get it working again and then be done with it. I'm probably going to try the hardmod on Sunday. Do you think a regular microSD adapter and SD card reader will be fine?

    Our library seems to have Majora's Mask 3D, but I wasn't able to find OoT through their only search. Not a bad idea though! I will if we can't figure out why ninjhax isn't working. The thought if all this effort is even worth it crossed my mind though... I might just go the hardware mod route.

    No big deal, my post might be a bit confusing... Just another thing that I just thought of: Do I maybe need the QR code for some specific 4.5 firmware because I've downgraded the MSET to 4.5? I think I tried 4.5.0-7E, but it didn't work.
