    That's exactly what it was! I used Command Prompt to combine the ISO files together, then used WBM to remake the WBFS files from the combined ISOs, and they're all working so far! Thanks so much for your help, godreborn! I'm stoked that we figured this out and I don't have to rerip my discs!

    So I created a WBFS file from an ISO I downloaded online, and the file did work correctly. So now I'm thinking that there is something wrong with the ISOs I created using CleanRip. I guess I didn't expect that because I used Redump checksum verification after each disc, and it always came back...

    Thanks for the reply, godreborn. I am using the same settings as you in WBM, so I'll check with a downloaded ISO. I do remember IOS58 displayed at the top during my ripping. Maybe I can compare the checksums on my ISO files with the GC and Wii database files I have too.
