    HELP! Trying to region change+homebrew Japanese 3DS LL. GM9 Error.

    I followed the instructions on 3ds.hacks.guide, and was able to get past my old wall, and open homebrew launcher from download play, but my system did not change regions. The menu is still in Japanese *Nevermind! I downloaded the wrong transfer image! Thanks for replying to me!
