    That information is gotten when you try to play online with those games. THEN, Nintendo determines whether its legit or not.

    Anytime you connect to the internet, Nintendo automatically gets data from the switch to their servers.

    huh. ok. Time to break out my emulator backups. Actually one more question. Could I be able to use CFW sysnand with the internet if I turn off automatic software updates, automatic firmware updates, and error messages?

    That's what I had to do to get my mods to work. Now, I can load any mod that's installed correctly with ease.

    I also have a problem. I can only load one mod: Neos and any other mod will just load Neos no matter what.

    There's a option in Smash Selector that says check SaltySD hash and if the hashes match up, you should be able to use the mod. But, if they don't, then you can't use the mod without a crash. The only problem is that you can only use one mod. Using any other mod will just boot to the original...

    HEY! I got it fixed! auto I fixed it! What you need to do is check the saltysd hash for the mod in smash selector. If it is the same hash, try running the game. If not then you can't use that mod without checking how to fix the hash. If this works, you can use Smash 4 mods on version 1.1.7...
