    According to TX if you leave the dongle plugged in, for as long as the Switch takes to boot, it will be fully charged again, so no problems when out and about as far as I can see.

    The voltage and capacitance are printed on the side of the caps. A couple of the photos above have them clearly readable, and they're 2.7v 0.35F electrolytic, at least the ones in the one in the photo are.

    I would have thought that layered is more of a risky (ban wise) venture than sxos, due to the system seeing sxos mounted xci's as cartridges and layered being a more messy/hacky method.     I've updated about 15 xci games via OFW, no problem as yet. I can't see how the cart's unique cert would be used in this process. If you had multiple copies of the same game cartridge for some reason, maybe you have multiple switches, you wouldn't have to make sure you always used the "correct"...

    Not sure how it would be fair, but it's definitely not workable. What if customs start holding up packages, postage delays etc., do TX have to keep the key site closed till all the first batch of pro orders are with their buyers? Just doesn't make sense.

    I don't. You're paying more because you're purchasing a physical product that has to be shipped (literally half way round the world for a lot of people) so that increased cost is to be expected. Holding back people who've purchased a digital product because they paid less would be a shitty move.
