    PS4 both USB ports dead after crash on Goldhen 09.00

    that happened to me i just put my ps4 into safe mode and plugged in my remote into each port. not sure why that seem to or even if that was the fix.(could've been just rebooting a couple times) But that worked for me. Good Luck
