Obviously he could be bullshitting me, but pressing the topic didn't get me anywhere with him. He just said something about how he would be emailing Nintendo to see if my system's save data...

About a month ago my touchscreen broke and I sent it into a local console repair shop to get fixed, but a variety of delays and other stupid things happened that led to me only getting it back yesterday...
