    I'm trying to run SNES9X and QuickNes on my New 3DS Xl but I don't have any CFW installed on my N3DS nor do I wish to. I also have a 2DS that does have a CFW installed, I use this system to hack Sticker Star with the stickerhax that I use on my N3ds that is on firmware 11.5 to get the homebrew...
