    Guys, if you want to make this a lot easier, use PKSM instead of PKHEX. You won't have to keep going back and forth between computer and 3DS. Also, if you still are planning on doing stuff, there is a Mass Import seting in PKSM that can import every Pokemon into boxes so you won't have an...
