    It's the same procedure after boot as you said. Offline caching in my eyes is just a way make the procedure self sufficient (nothing needed besides the PS4) and future proof/safe (Exploits host taken down, ISP blocks, etc.)

    Sounds to me like you downloaded the official PKG and not a fake pkg (which is the type you can play with JB) You should probably try and find the game somewhere else. If that's not the case sorry but I can't think of anything else :)
