    Not in flight mode. And as my other controller is working, I guess BT is on. I just found a way to resync them. It is NOT working if you are in the joycon menu from the dashboard. You have to go to the settings , go to change order then push the sync button. I don't know if I will need it...

    Yes I did it (while in sysnand) when trying to solve the issue. Didn't change anything.
