that may be true as the character i made was specificaly for season mode because im able to look at the rewards and stuff to play the season you need to make a season character if you use a non season character with seasons activated it wont do... -

i have mine set to season 29 as that is the only content i dont have and i beleive the soul shards were working when i last played but ill have to double check
