    This does kinda sorta work? It goes away when it is at a target of 45 FPS or below which strangely includes disabling the custom target and running it at half of 60 FPS

    I'm not too sure, but regardless I have them both installed and that doesn't explain why BOTW boots but doesn't let me into a save. 1739232200 I think I managed to fix it by deleting every cheat code. Despite none of the codes being enabled they were still causing issues somehow.

    I have both installed but again, this is on sysNAND and shouldn't need either of them.

    As the title implies after updating to 19.0.1 I cannot play certain titles on CFW sysMMC. the primary culprits are BOTW and TOTK, both exhibit different behaviors however. BOTW crashes on the end portion of loading a save and works just fine on OFW. TOTK doesn't even launch into the title screen...
