    So far, the only solution is to run the games from USB Loader GX and choose 249 as the custom IOS in each game settings after installing the d2x-cios-beta3 files.

    Wow, so many answers in so little time. After a lot of research, it seems that the problem lies in the IOS loaded. So I managed to play the games using USB Loader GX and loading the ISO's from the SD card since the USB HDD is used for WiiU games...
