    I don't even remember what was wrong in the first place, the only reason why I wanted a modded 3ds was so I could dump and patch my Pokemon Y game with a rom hack title and then play it

    It doesn't turn on at all, only a blue pulsing light and then off again, start and power on doesn't do anything either.
