    I actually did end up updating the cIOSes to V10, although that hasn't changed anything. At this point I'm fairly certain that it is a problem with my packaging of PM. I'm currently putting vanilla brawl on the USB to see if that works out I'll edit this post if it does. EDIT: Alright Brawl...
