    haha i think there's no 2.5J update in the first place? after 2.2J it jumps to 3.0J.... anyway yea... jpn versions of newer games like SSBB and MK contain updates that should unbrick it

    hey guys, just wanna report that i did the WUM with 3.1Jv2 patch to my mario kart ISO and put it into my wii but did NOT get the prompt to update... however the game still ran without any problems... i don't have ssbb jpn and only updated with ssbb us that was patched with prophet's inf file...

    many of us patch the language, video modes, etc. using trucha, which will supposedly be rendered useless with IOS37... those are essential so it does matter for us... =)

    i believe only certain games contain updates for your firmware... can see the list here: http://wum.talevas.com/?page=dev according to the list, pokemon battle revolution US updates to 2.2U_v1... any game that gives u 3.0J and above should work, e.g. SMG, SSBB, wiifit, etc.

    hey i get that endless spinning problem without any error msg when i try to run zack & wiki (pal) on my jpn wii too... anyone knows what's the cause of that? can understand if there's a compatibility issue but no error msg at all?

    1. the generic patcher includes the language patcher AND can be used for error 101 the language patcher does just that... patch the language settings... 2. didn't regionfrii mine and it works...

    sounds great!! waiting for the release too! maybe in the next iteration they will use a dance mat-like controller for u to simulate dribbling or have a motion sensor strapped to your feet to sense kicking actions... ;p
