    That doesnt sound right since the wii has only 512mb memory on the nand and if you have less than 100 blocks free then your dump should be bigger then 149mb. I use fstoolbox0.3 selected ios249 you hit a a couple times and it gives you the file tree for your nand and then you just hit 1 and wait...
