As long as it's new in box it "Should" be below 5.3.2, I personally bought a refurbished Windwaker bundle and was lucky enough to get 5.3.2. But that was back in August, so I wouldn't guarantee it. Also a little off topic, but while being extremely excited about the firmware spoofer, watching...- Silent One
