    Wow if you check the responses for the poll of people who are banned it looks like alot of people installed fire emblem echoes and had spotpass enabled. The only thing the survey doesn't ask is a list of games you had spot pass enabled for.

    Ok so I have gotten banned luma 7.1 and I turned off spotpass and send data all I can think of is 2 things ffe being the one. I have a legit physical copy but I downloaded the CIA version so I can take it with me and not worry about the cart. I know I shut off send data when I started the game...
