    Hm, still not working. Have the .nds file in "ROMs/NDS" and updated the path in the app to reflect that. Do I still need to "Keep NDS files" and then copy the new .nds to my chosen directory? The only thing I currently have checked is "Auto-random TID."

    I fixed it. My GoogleFu is godlike. Just need to run an .exe called "Jarfix" to re-associate .jar files with the correct program. I'd link it but new members can't post links. It's "Jarfix" by Johann N. Löfflmann.
