    Yes. I installed Pretendo. But I cannot connect the 3ds to wifi connections, which is the issue. When you go to Luma in the settings while holding the power button, it mentions what its installed on (at least I believe so). I am using an older 3ds I had and modded previously. It is not an emulator.

    The 3DS itself. It ordinarily is connected to my wifi fine, but just recently refuses to find any connection unfortunately. It says "enabled" in the top right and the streetpass is working, but is unable to use any online functionality or find an access point. So this includes web browser...
