    ok so i found the solution!! my first try with the 10.3- 9.2 downgrade it seemed my system fully worked it was just missing literally three cia's from the 9.2 so the system would not launch GW. So i used this same process once again. and it worked like a charm

    i literally have gone through all the steps but cannot get GW working on N3ds XL on 9.2U firmware everytime i go into GW menu in HBL it goes through a red screen then 2seconds later it transitions to a black screen. but i swear i cannot fine a guide thats specifically for n3ds 9.2 GW setup...
