    Ah, you're right. I was using an undub iso before. Once I tried the version patched for 5.03 it worked flawlessly. Guess no undub for me unless there's a way to patch the undubbed iso as well

    Umm, yeah I do KNOW switching off BGMs work but seriously? wouldn't you rather have the problem fixed now that we know the source of the problem instead of forcing us to play without BGMs?

    Well, your problem sounds similar to mine, the only difference being mine happens on an R4 + YSmenu. I haven't gotten around to re-playing it yet and I cannot seem to find any solution beside disabling your BGM (which doesn't sound like a solution to me)
