    Use JKSV to edit your save. There's an option to change it back to ENG.

    The zip has the 3ds directory, arm9.bin, arm9loaderhax.bin, arm11.bin, and SafeA9LHInstaller.dat.

    I'm following the safea9lhinstaller for n3ds. I have firm0.bin, firm0_100.bin, firm1.bin, payload_stage1.bin, payload_stage1.bin.sha, payload_stage2.bin, payload_stage2.bin.sha, and secret_sector.bin in the a9lh folder. Does it sound like I'm missing something?

    I downgraded an 11.2 N3DS. Now I'm on the SafeA9LHInstaller part of Plailect's guide. I keep getting the "Error: otp.bin doesn't exist and can't be dumped". I've tried deleting and reloading the files from the guide multiple times. Does someone have an alternate method?

    Love the app, but you shouldn't have to fill in the info for each event. If you point me (maybe others) to the file(s) where they are stored, I'd be happy to do a bit of the mindless work for you.

    My recommendation, update sysnand to 9.0-9.2 (use downgrade process, but hit upgrade instead). Then install/use themehax to launch gateway and rx.

    Please mark Hyrule N3DS, QW4057 with 9.9 FW as confirmed. Mine is now 9.2, as downgrade is possible.

    Why are you still using 3.0.3? Generally, you should check the first page on 3DS - Flashcards & Custom Firmwares before posting. There have been many updates from Gateway since 3.0.3.

    Sell both of them. JP Cubic sells for more than US Cubic (at least priced higher on Ebay), *partially ninjad*. Or, someone correct me if I'm wrong, you can use Region3 or 4 to boot Cubic JP on US console.
