    Sorry, I'm not that familiar with the proper lingo. What I mean is that everything was already installed and setup at the shop but I still need to activate the hen every time I turn it on. 3/4 of the symptoms you listed I'm experiencing(and the long loading times I may have just not noticed yet)...
