    The option to share a game is Enter a title key/ID pair. You still have to find out how to get the enctitlekey and titleid, but that can simply be googled.

    You can share the info in CIAngel. At least i used that option in the cia version of it.

    Also all the games you can download with CIAngel are shared from users who actually bought the e-shop version. So if you can´t find a game on all regions than no one contributed the game. If you want to help you could share the Titel ID and encrypted Titelkey from games you bought from the e-shop.
