    What would be the benefit of doing this? I'm legitimately curious, because it seems pointless to me to go through all these extra steps if you already have a CIA you can install. I installed some tickets earlier for games that nobody has uploaded CIAs for, but why do this if you've got the CIA...

    I just want to get the coin unlocks quicker, not even interested in online play. People always rage when I play online legitimately... auto Oh, NTR doesn't even work on old 3DS. Everything is for New 3DS as usual.

    1. "Does anyone know how" would be a better way to phrase that. 2. The word is "locally." 3. What do you mean by "play locally between EU and US consoles?" You can buy an EU console and a US console and try that. See, I'm just as helpful as you are.
