    Recently modded my new 3ds. Want to play all the skylanders games but realised i need the toys to play them and I haven't got them. I was wondering does anyone have CIA files with all the characters pre loaded on them? Is that how it works? Or do i inject saves onto my CIAs somehow? Looking...
