Homebrew Is 9.9 better than 9.0 for ninjhax 2 ?

I have both MH4U and MH4G, both are cartridge. MH4G (JP) work online. But in the thread that u linked me the guy said "find the DevMenu zip with multiple SDK versions. Inside you will find Config.CSU . You have to unzip that and rename it to .3ds and open it. You'll have to search around a bit...- Sdonos

Homebrew NinjHax 2.0 is out
Im using a SKY3DS for Cubic Ninja but not for MH4U. Don't know how to change EULA as the other post said. I have the MH4U 3DS Cartridge- Sdonos
