    Not totally sure. I would try to launch homebrew launcher with browserhax and start rxtool from there. If that dosn't work i would just restart with the setup of the emunand ^^

    You are not inside rxtool thats why its missing.

    Had the same thing happen to me open healt and safty app and install FBI.cia and hblauncher_loader.cia from there it will tell you that it's already installed and they will appear again.

    There are two entries for "boot.3dsx" inside the payload file did you change both? Did you change the boot.cfg file ? Mine looks something like this: It will autostart rxTools if i don't click select within on second. I had Problems Launching Decrypt9WIP with the CFW update kit it didn't...
