Hardware Did I kill my wii?

I've checked the regions and they both match up (NTSC-U) and the disc even works with my other Wii. I've been trying everything I could think of but nothing has worked I've swapped out almost every piece with a working one from my other Wii and none of them do anything. I have noticed recently...

Hardware Did I kill my wii?

Okay, after cleaning it up I've noticed that the heatsink thing has some sort of corrosion on it. I cleaned as much as I could reach, but it's really hard to clean it. After hooking everything back up and plugging it up, I felt the wifi module getting hot, at one point I picked up the entire Wii...

Hardware Did I kill my wii?

When I first plugged it in at home, I hadn't hooked it up to the TV yet, so I couldn't have seen any visual problems, all that happened was it made a fizzing noise and then stopped working. I've tried three different power supplies that work on two other wiis. And when I plug in any of them, there is no led light, and no noises, except when the fan is unplugged.

Hardware Did I kill my wii?

Alright, I've swapped the Bluetooth/wifi modules, and the fan with working ones. Neither has worked. So checking that off the list. What else could be wrong with it?

Hardware Did I kill my wii?

Okay I tried plugging it in and I've discovered it will make some faint noises if the fan is unplugged, but if the fan is plugged in, it doesn't do anything. It might have something to do with that. I'll also try removing and putting the wifi board back.

Hardware Did I kill my wii?

After opening it up and cleaning a bunch and spraying it with compressed air on the inside, it still doesn't work. I've uploaded some pictures of it Incase there's something wrong that I don't see. I did notice there was some sort of corrosion type stuff around the bottom of the power socket...

I was really excited about the deal so I ended up plugging it into the car while I was out. it turned on and seemed fine, although it wouldn't eject the disc it had. when I got home I plugged it in and it still worked fine...
