    Gaming Pokémon Ultra Moon crashing after cutscene

    Hi! I'm new to this forum so sorry if I posted in the wrong section. I recently installed Pokémon Ultra Moon with a .cia file, but after choosing the name and seeing the first cutscene, the game crashes. It gives me this error. Anyone can help me figure out what is it? Thanks in advance.
