I dont know exactly what you mean but as long as your device can run RetroFlow you can apply these images. I dont have a pstv but to my knowledge you can still use RetroFlow on a pstv. You can get it from the github or the VitaDB Downloader app

They're low resolution because Retroflow covers are only 250 x 320 in resolution which looks fine on the vita screen but not so much...
