    you can do everything but post process. so you can change hue or colorize, add pre-cooked light or shadow. you couldn't actively blend or blur but you could add a haze.     yep if they are 940x540 you just scale it to 1 the op is 1080 yours is fine. I'm going to try to make some more as I go. I could care less about the filters I think if you can get the right screen overlay the game was made for it makes all the difference.
