    3ds FBI installling CIA issue

    I recently wanted to hack my 2ds XL but I keep getting this issue (as seen in the attached photo) ,I freed up space on my sd card, deleted and put new cia and a FBI 3dxs file on my 2ds and I keep getting this error,can anyone help me solve this issue?
