    How is it not clear? After loading the game on pk3ds and clicking the Title Screen option, Just right click on the title image you want to replace, with the modified png having the same specified resolution.

    His ultralocke is just a poor man's version of ttartube's extreme randomizer. No dialogue changes, Just some few clicks on pk3ds and some uncanny texture edits that are unrelated to the story. This project is much bigger than that.

    I can help with the texture edits if you want, although I haven't yet tried to hack SuMo or UsUm, I can give it a shot. On an unrelated note, why do you capitalize every word of your sentence? It's not an issue, just curious.

    Those textures are for ORAS but they can be imported to USUM. I suggest you watch some tutorials online , like this You can have both of them , if you replace his textures with Lugia's shiny one. You will understand better when you watch the tutorial.
