RELAS is a catalog number. You either have PPSA08666 (US), PPSA08664 (JP) or PPSA08668 (EU). Strangely when I use the US version in Garlic savemanager it's listed under PPSA08664. You can only use max Patch 01.080.000 because it's for FW 10.40...

ROn your pc, download the proper update from prosperopatches according to your fw, merge the pkgs, install it.

RYes, but I wouldn't say the rest mode is useless because you won't have to waste time or go through the trouble to jailbreak the system again. Some will argument and say that jailbreak is stable now, in which they are missing the point.
