PSV and PSTV has it ported already, and being the 2600 I would assume that the O3DS is more than capable of handling it at full framerate.     My friend actually has one. to this current date as of posting, there is no ds support whatsoever, giving you a hardware not found error. so no, there is no way to manage ds saves using this device. your only current options are around $50 USD, though they can supposedly dump your rom as well...
