    I'm pretty sure you have to join the underground with other people or mix records to see other peoples bases. There's no npc ones.

    Oh yeah, that's the contest outfit. Don't think it was ever supposed to be seen in the overworld except for the brief time you're in the contest so it makes sense that it doesn't have a run animation.

    Delete the first line in the txt doc that says ''{Credit to Patjenova/Eiffel2018/Skyqueen/Nds99/Deathchaos/Falo/KaitoB/91Wii} 20000000'' Also i've heard that the exp off cheat can cause problems too.

    The hold button cheats don't work on emu yet. you could use 040A0000 021dff1c 1E201000 to make it go 2x all the time but that might be a bit annoying.

    I've been having trouble with random crashes in pokemon soul silver and black 2 running of an sd card. The game occasionally freezes as its transitioning the screen with the music still playing and I have to exit out to the 3ds menu to do anything. Is this normal or just me?
