    Ok, the power blue led stays on but as soon as I stop pressing the buttons the console is turning off directly

    I don’t think so because my 3DS powered on and off directly in less than a second with the power blue led problem (not the notification led because I wanted to update to B9S 1.3 to 1.4). From there I tried to turn it back on but it didn't work anymore

    As soon as I turned the 3DS back on after following the steps at the section 1 (steps 1 -> 5), it gave me the led problem (on and off without popping sound), there was not even an update, the screens remained black I also put the SD card back as before like I said but it doesn't work :(
