    I had this issue. And found this thread while searching for a solution however. The fix was a simple oversight of having the wrong parental age certificate setting for which games they could play. I just switched it to off. just in case someone else has same problem.

    I Know this is old, But you did ensure your iso files in the folders were renamed to game.iso and not nameoftheactualgame.iso? If more than one disk, the second should be disc2.iso
