    I would prefer SMD resitor size 0805, 1% tolerance (i guess you got the number wrong).

    Almost every national online electronic part store has this parts in stock, except maybe the flex cable.

    If its only for one time use, the magnifying headband will get the job done. If you plan to work on smd more often, then a microscope should be considered.
