    Thanks for the reply, I figured it out. What I did was edit the pokedex using pkhex and resetted Uxie's pokedex entry.

    I accidentally caught a lake pokemon before getting the lake pokemon quest (caught Uxie). Also had the pokedex complete research cheat on. Now when I'm doing the lake pokemon quest, I'm able to catch the other 2 and report them to the professor but Uxie isn't showing up in his cave. How do I fix...
