    Emulation Dolphin Emulator error

    Hi, when running Dolphin Emulator on my laptop, i recieve the error, 'The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found.' I understand that this is because I do not have VC++ installed, however, I cannot install it since I do not have access to an administrator account...
