    If I don't have an emuNAND backup, and I update to 10.7 and then downgrade back to 9.2, will anything happen to my 3DS? Can I still play CIAs and things like that without an emuNAND backup? Also, sorry for all of these questions. I just want to be extra safe after that bricking mishap.

    Yeah, I tried this as soon as it bricked but it didn't work. I may have to hardmod it or repair the 3D slider on my other 3ds so I can get through the initial setup.

    If I have a 3ds that hasn't been tampered with (Nothing at all except one use of ninjhax) on the latest firmware (10.7), can I use Decrypt9 to restore the sysNAND of my other 3DS (that's stuck on the initial setup)? The sysnand is 9.2.
