    thats correct i am currently downloading fire emblem echoes, also in some facebook pages of 3ds that i am in there have been reports of non exploited consoles being banned so we have more that clear that its definetly by a random number even though it wouldnt make sense

    hmm so any method of even changing the serial number of the console wouldnt work???? i mean i know nintendo did a banwave when pokemon sun and moon were released and you could go over it by switching the serial number
