    It isn't always up. It's always off for me. I always have it completely off. EDIT: A PS, it IS finding the 3DS I believe. If I try any other IP besides the 3DS' it doesn't give the error.

    Already did. I never have Windows Firewall up and I turned off Avast. Also checked, no firewalls on the router itself

    auto Doesnt help with the more info closed... Try updating .net framework to 4.6.2 auto Sorry, everything that's on details is in the Exception.txt file. I didn't have it open cuz it would barely show anything and the window can't be resized :c

    Does the PC HAVE to be using WiFi as well? Example: My PC is wired to the same router the 3DS is connected to, would that work or does the program only look for the 3DS on the wired connection?
